IN CASE YOU MISSED IT…
If you somehow didn’t aready hear, here at Sparth House, we won the Great Northern Wedding Award for Best Town/ City Wedding Venue 2020 and we couldn’t be happier!!
In a year that has brought some seriously difficult times to the wedding industry as a whole, this was honestly one very special surprise we were more than happy to accept.
And here she is in all her glory…
HOW DID WE WIN?
The Great Northern Wedding Awards are run by the fabulous Little White Books and are nominated by and voted for by you - our wonderful brides and grooms! Once we made the final three for our category it was down to you wonderful people to vote for us, so for that reason it means even more to us to have won.
For a small business like us, that prides ourselves on the relationship we create and grow with each and every one of our couples, it means the world to us.

In true Covid style, it crashed any chance of an awards ceremony but in perfect 2020 style we all took to social media and videos to make our acceptance speeches and thank you all!

Our lovely Katie comes from a fashion background, so not only very creative and organised but super passionate about weddings. A winning combination!
She loves it when couples push the boundaries and try different ideas for their weddings, so don’t be scared to ask her to create any weird and wonderful concepts you mayhave!
What is Katies favourite part of a wedding? “When the wedding couple come out of the ceremony room once they are married, they are so happy and it’s lovely being one of the first people to congratulate them!”
