What does full exclusivity mean for a Sparth House wedding?

SO WHAT DOES FULL EXCLUSIVITY ACTUALLY MEAN?

Put simply… by booking your wedding fully exclusive, it means there will be just you and your wedding guests in the venue for the entirety of your wedding.

That’s the full day and night that you are here celebrating your wedding with us.

With numerous spaces and rooms throughout the house, you have full reign of creating a great experience for your guests throughout the day.

DO YOU CHARGE FOR IT?

We often get asked if booking exclusively means you’ll be charged a large fee for doing so and the answer is NO.

No we don’t charge exclusivity fees or venue hire charges or anything like that, we simply ask that our 16 bedrooms are booked by your guests on the night of your wedding.

All bedrooms must be paid for whether that be by your guests or by yourself. Any empty rooms will need to be covered by yourselves if this is the case.

YOU’RE IN CHARGE…

Aside from not having people you don’t know in the venue on your big day, another big bonus with being fully exclusive is that you’re in charge of the bedroom allocations.

Our couples love this because it means they can make sure their parents or bridal party guests are staying in the rooms most suited to them and are guaranteed a room. Or those that need family rooms can ensure they have one.

You’ll all have breakfast together in our lovely Regency Suite too in the morning so it’s the perfect way to finish off your wedding!
